It is the age old Beatles discussion: “John vs. Paul!” Which one was most important to their music? It’s my opinion as a huge Beatles fanatic that the true answer is “both!” It may sound like a cop-out but I really believe it’s the best answer.

The point being that both Lennon and McCartney were essential to making The Beatles music so great.
